The use of gadgets at nights can cause poor sleeping in children



Using gadgets are always been fabulous at home, even parents are used to them everyday. You make use them in everyday activities. Meaning, it's part of our living.

When is comes to using gadgets with light reflection, we do not take notice of what it can cause to our health, most especially children. We are part of it, even no one can not let miss any.

Using gadget in the day time can be the best. Most parents believe that an excessive late night use of gadgets has strangled poor sleeping pattern of their children, which can lead to poor academic performance.

According to researchers, 56 percent of parents fall in this category. In the study, published by C.S. Mott Children's Hospital National Poll on Children's Health at the University of Michigan, 43 percent of parents said their teenage children are struggling to fall asleep or wake up.

The researchers also included from the studies the responses from 1,018 parents with at least one child who are aged between 13-18 years of age.

This had caused teenagers' hectic schedules and homework load, as well as anxiety about school performance and peer relationships, are also seen by parents as contributing to sleep problems.

Some parents also reported that their children experienced occasional sleep problems (one to two nights per week) while 18 percent believe their children struggle with sleep three or more nights per week.

In addition, 10 percent of parents believe their children sleep problems are associated wit.

Researchers emphasize the importance of these findings, so they warn parents to take note of this.
